Couldn't rate Opulence higher - they gave me a fantastic quote which included complicated electrical work (saving me doing this separately) which they managed to do through an existing fitting instead of making a hole in the wall which I had previously been advised by other companies would be necessary, and which would have cost me more money to have re-plastered. They were polite, friendly, professional, and really took their time to make sure everything was done well even at nearly 6pm on a Friday when they could have been done for the week a few hours before. They tidied and cleaned up, took all rubbish and old fittings away with them, and even put up a mirror in my hallway for me. I'm so happy with my new bathroom, everything has been installed to such a high standard and you can really tell all of their staff care about their work and enjoy representing the company. Nothing was too much trouble for them and there was clear communication throughout every step of the process - it was my first time doing any kind of bathroom revamp so was very daunting but I feel so glad I went with Opulence. Would recommend to everybody!
